Technical Reports

A five-year collaboration between the Manitoba Geological Survey, the Saskatchewan Geological Survey, the Geological Survey of Canada, Laurentian University and Hudson Bay Exploration and Development Company Limited, as part of the 2005–2010 Government of Canada Flin Flon Targeted Geoscience Initiative (TGI-3), has produced a new 1:10 000 scale bedrock geological map (Simard et al., 2010, Geoscientific Map MAP2010-1, back pocket) and a geological report for the Flin Flon mining camp.

MGS Geoscientific Report

Nordic Minerals Inc. holds a disposition in the Flin Flon Greenstone Belt, which is known to host many world-class volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) deposits. There are more than 30 producing base and precious metal deposits of varying size hosted within the Flin Flon Greenstone Belt, which has been explored since the discovery of the Mandy Mine in 1915.

Research and compilation on behalf of Nordic Minerals Ltd. was conducted from May to June 2020, by Orix Geoscience Inc. for the purpose of providing a detailed summary of the property and recommendations for future exploration.

Orix Geosciences Report

From June 11th to June 15th, 2017 the author of this report conducted a surface sampling programme for the Douglas Lake claim under the direction of the claim holder, Nordic Minerals Ltd.; A private company headed by Mr. Donald Benson, CEO. Previous information made available for this property were site assessment reports by George C. Sharpe (Pers. Comm., 2012), J.D. Krebs (Pers. Comm., 2012), and Foran Mining Corporation (Pers. Comm., 2015) in addition to past assessments from academic and government sources. This report will present a summary of the field work conducted, including sample locations and assay results, in addition to recommendations for future work.

Kushner Report

During the period of September 17-19, 2012, this author in the company of Mr. Robert Fisher, CMA conducted a site visit to determine from direct property examination, the resonance coupling abilities of local occurrences of copper and other mineral commodities, present on this three claim group, held in the name of Nordic Minerals Ltd. (Nordic), a private company headed by Mr. Donald Benson, CEO.

George Sharpe Report

On October 18th and October 19th 2012 Nordic Minerals Ltd conducted a reconnaissance / prospecting program. The 2012 program was initiated to evaluate the potential for polymetallic mineralization on the Douglas Lake claim as well as to revisit historical mineral occurrences and drill collars. The purpose of the field work was also aimed at collecting limited sample material for geochemical analysis as to evaluate the potential VMS environment. Limited structural data was also collected to better understand possible structural considerations conductive for both base and precious metal mineralization. In total 23 field stops were made and 15 samples collected.
