Winnipeg, Manitoba (December 12, 2025) – Donald Benson, President of Nordic Minerals Ltd., (hereinafter referred to as (the “Company” or “Nordic”) is pleased to announce:

Nordic is pleased to report that the Saskatchewan Geological Survey, Resource Development Division has confirmed that the information submitted in our application for the Douglas Lake Ground Loop and Bore Hole Electro Magnetic Surveys meets the eligibility requirements of The Targeted Mineral Exploration Incentive grant program. The maximum amount of financial assistance that we can receive is 25% of the eligible expenditures, which in Nordic’s case is $37,500.00.

Nordic is exploring for Copper in the World-Famous Flin Flon Greenstone Belt. Results from the planned surveys will delineate drillhole targets.
